- EKEmily K5 days ago5.0First time staying here for work and the rooms are bright, airy, spacious and very clean! I had the most interactions with Alex and Alicia and they have the BEST costumer hospitality!!! I let my boss know how pleased I was with the accommodations and would recommend this place to others! The hotel in itself is in a great location with close proximity to all the amazing restaurants and mini golf just down the road! Hotel breakfast was incredible, everything stays stocked and my favourite things were the cinnamon rolls and crispy bacon. Thanks guys! :) P.S. For any thrifters out there, the Peddlers Mall here is 10/10!

She made sure everything was stocked, helped every guest, and made sure everything stayed cleaned despite all the kids running around.

Especially Angela who took our reservation and hooked us up with the perfect room. Very safe with ample lighted parking. The breakfast offered more variety than other Holiday Inns. Will definitely return!
- BHBen HigginbothamMay 7, 20261.0I’ve been a loyal Holiday Inn Express customer for years, but this stay was unacceptable. Around 10:30 p.m., I called the front desk to report loud vibrating noises coming through the room every 20 minutes or so. The staff member told me the room was directly above the boiler room and that the noise would stop once guests finished taking showers. They asked me to be patient. That turned out to be completely untrue. The vibrations continued all night long. Even with white noise machines and AirPods, I couldn’t sleep at all. When I checked out at 5 a.m., the front desk employee admitted that they “get tons of complaints” about that specific room. If you value a good night’s sleep, go somewhere else.
