  This was one of the few places that had vacancies left when my family moved here. Cons: The pool was closed, for renovations and there is only 1 washer and dryer for the entire hotel. There is a microwave in the lobby for use. Pros: our hotel room was VERY spacious and was So clean! I was impressed on the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall hotel. Free parking and breakfast usually eggs, biscuits/gravy, meat options (sausage or ham) waffles, cereal and yogurt. Everyone overall was friendly and good customer service. But Ms. Nancy at the front desk was the icing on the cake! She had amazing customer service and went above and beyond to ensure we had a everything we needed and recommendations for a pleasant stay. Thank you Ms. Nancy!

  Me and my family were coming through during a PCS move and thankfully got this hotel. We met with Mrs. Nancy at the front desk and was immediately welcomed to the hotel. She is extremely professional and friend to not only my family but everyone she comes across. All of the staff personal are extremely friendly as well. When we got to the room we were surprised to see how big it was and we're immediately impressed (I have a family of 3). If you are coming through Kentucky and visit Elizabethtown, this hotel is worth your time and money.

  Room was clean but unfortunately I requested a room and they booked it the night before even I confirmed amd checked in the DAY before!! Not only that but I wasn't informed when booking that the pool wasn't available. That was the main reason I booked so my kids can enjoy their stay.

  Despite the pool being out of service, our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean and had everything our baseball team needed. Steven at the front desk went above and beyond to make our group’s stay more enjoyable between games. His customer service was outstanding, and he truly made a positive impact on our experience. Steven has the qualities of a great leader and would make an excellent hotel manager someday. Thank you for the hospitality!

  Rooms and hotel was clean. ✔️ Staff was friendly and helpful ✔️ The rooms actually had 4 towels and washrags for our 4 guest ❌ The AC worked great ✔️ Great location ✔️ Quiet ✔️ Military discount ❌ Beds were a bit comfortable ✔️ The breakfast was ok. Standard for hotels. ✔️ Overall, I'd probably stay again. But the lack of a military discount is Disappointing and sad. You can show a military/veteran ID for proof or service regardless of government employees taking advantage of rates. (This was their excuse)
