  We ordered food from the restaurant they have available. Our food took over an hour. Burgers, we orders burgers! When they came out, there was burger on a bun....that's it. Mind you, we were the only ones ordering food..4 people. That is un called for. My burger came out plain with nothing but a bun.We traveled far to see the WEBN fireworks and this is our experience. I will NEVER stay here again. We are diamond elite members with this hotel chain. The bartender did everything in her power to make it right. The kitchen staff needs replaced.

  The staff was great but this hotel was disgusting and very dated. I spent over $250 for a single room with a king sized bed for ONE night. The mattress was very hard and honestly just felt like the springs. It made noise every time you turned on it. The door to the bathroom? A sliding glass door that looked like it just came off of an old shower.. very strange and difficult to open/close. Hotel had a smell to it. I did not feel safe in the parking lot as a woman traveling alone. Very sketchy location. Curtains didn’t fully close so a lot of light came in. I’m disgusted I paid that much for the experience I received. Could not sleep.. couldn’t get another room. Complete waste of money. They are charging downtown Cincinnati prices for the convenience but without the quality to match. Only perk was free parking. Hotel was non-refundable by the time I checked in (pre booked on Priceline) or I absolutely would have left. It ruined my trip.

  Very old Holiday Inn, with no effort for renovation. This hotel is like going back to the 70’s but in a bad way. 3 of us checked into this hotel and all 3 of us checked out at a few hours later because we refused to stay here. One of the rooms had a large patch of black mold on the ceiling. I have usually had very good experiences with this hotel chain, which is why this particular location was such a disappointment. Unfortunately, if this had been my first experience with the brand, I probably would never consider staying at another one of their hotels. This location does not reflect the positive experiences I have had with the chain elsewhere.

  Please don’t waste your time here! The rooms have a horrible odor like old and musty and damp but the room seemed cleaned until I look on the ceiling and walls and all I see is mold! Very nasty. Not to mention the breakfast is horrible! You can get better breakfast at McDonald’s for cheaper!

  I need to come up with a standard for these generic five star voting options. I mean, what is exceptional to me may not be exceptional to you. I tend to go with 1 or 5. I'm still learning. The room was a room and aside from this strong odor it was comfortable. More outlets and a light between the beds would be a nice add. The bathroom seemed updated and worked well. The service, I didn't do anything but sleep and go to Cincinnati. Location, the location was great from what I was there for. I was told my co-workers that the price was much higher to take a similar room in the city and it was really only a 10-minute or less Drive to get into the city from this hotel. My room was cold and seemed to feel damp. It's summer time and the air conditioning may have something to do with this? I didnt care. The odor took some time to get used to but the room seemed clean to me. Free wifi, it wasnt clear which Hotspot to connect to and i was too lazy to figure it out. Typically this would be written with the wifi password but it wasn't.
