Never again. Asked for a room close, explained having trouble walking. Gave me a room nearly at the end of a hall. Bed hard. Room not really clean-dirty in visible places, carpet worn. Couldn't find local channels on crazy TV. No view of Ohio River. Hotel was probably built in 70s, rehabed probably 5 to 7 years ago. Visible deferred maintenance every where. I travel a great deal across the US. Next to the worst room I've stayed in in the past 10 years.

The desk staff are too distracted to give prompt service. The fold out bed had no bedding, and the bedding had to be picked up downstairs ourselves. The sheets were the wrong size, and torn. They didn't include a blanket, so had to make another trip down to the desk. The sheets on the bed had dirt.

I got this on Priceline, so I didn’t know which hotel I was getting. It claims it’s a 3 star. NOPE-2 star at best. Got a good deal but the hotel charged me $30 for amenities or whatever so it basically went right back to regular price. I saw no bugs. The hotel was clean. The room was just okay. They remodeled the bathroom fairly recently but the mattresses are obviously past their prime and so is the carpet. Furniture was old and a little worn. The room is fine for a night if you’re just there to sleep. The hotel is oddly dark and the hallways smelled like weed, so people were clearly getting high in one or more of the rooms. It was never not like that while we were there. I didn’t engage with any staff beyond check in/out. The vibe I got was that it would be a waste of time anyhow. Breakfast is NOT free ($10) and looked like it was not worth it. The pool area looked like I’d rather swim in the river. The general neighborhood area seems unsafe. Next door is a Marriott and even if I’d stayed there I would have felt unsafe. Liquor stores and smoke shops were abundant, as were wandering people who appeared transient. Again, the room was okay since we were there to sleep only, but it just wasn’t comfortable and inviting given the price. You’re better off spending your money elsewhere. The Fairfield down the road seemed like a better choice based on the neighborhood and price.

Small room, but we made the best of it! As we really only needed a spot to sleep! The staff is so kind and remembers everyone that comes through the door! After a tiring day and a race, we where asked how our race was amoung nice conversation The hotel offers a variety for dinner, I missed the breakfast 😞 but the coffee was great ! I recommend especially if your needing to get over the bridge to Kentucky! Its a win win!

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss. Do not book this hote My room was absolutely filthy. I took photos and videos immediately and showed them to the front desk. Honestly, I should have canceled on the spot, but the front desk clerk, Ms. Kristina, was kind and asked me to try another room. That second room was somehow even worse than the first. At that point, I canceled my stay entirely. I was specifically told that once the manager, Jennifer Jacobs (who has been avoiding my calls since), returned the next day, my refund would be approved because I booked through Booking.com and manager authorization was needed. That approval never came. Instead, after 11 days of calls, messages, follow-ups, and being given the runaround, I learned the General Manager denied my refund request. Let me be clear…I never stayed in either room. I was presented with two unacceptable, dirty rooms, forced to scramble and find another hotel, wasted time dealing with staff and customer service, and still ended up out $500. So the hotel’s position is apparently … they can offer unsanitary accommodations, fail to remedy the issue after a second attempt, inconvenience the guest, and then keep the guest’s money anyway. I literally feel violated. Again, don’t book this hotel, and think twice before booking through Booking.com as well. See the screenshots from the video I took of the second room they tried to give me. Dirty pillow, dirt smudges in shower and doorway, and (the worst) butt crust on the toilet seat.
