  I remember this hotel being nicer a few years ago. The jacuzzi room was too close to the bed and caused my wife with asthma to gasp as soon as we went into the room..Kinda musky smelling. The lady at front desk was kind enough to switch us to a standard room which was okay. I would probably try the Best Western next time if in town again.

  I traveled quite a bit the last few months. I am very disappointed in this particular location compared to others I have stayed in. I actually have this location a 2nd try and I was even more disappointed in my second stay than my first. The room had a very strange smell and there was hair in the shower. The first time we stayed the tv never worked. The second time was a completely different room at the tv never worked. I talked to the front desk both times and was told how to fix the problem myself. After trying multiple times I spoke with the front desk and was told there must be “weather” on the way. It never rained a drop. During our first stay I was impressed with the quality of the breakfast however the second time it was terrible. Nothing hot left for my son, no pancakes, and the coffee area was disgusting. The pool was closed during our second stay. While I understand things happen, we ended up only coming for the pool because the event we came into town for did not happen. So we pretty much paid to stay in a dirty, smelly room with no tv and no pool for absolutely nothing. I hope Holiday Inn takes these seriously because there a far better locations that do not have these issues and people spend a lot of money to stay in a hotel room. I was also very disappointed in the fact that you have to go downstairs for a cup of coffee when other locations still have single serve available in the rooms.

  Stayed at this location 1 night for work. Staff that checked me in was super nice and very helpful, with several great dinner suggestions. In general the location was fine and overall the room was as-pictured but definitely needs some TLC. Cracked tile in the bathroom, missing shelves in the fridge, automated curtain didn’t work, hair dryer was falling apart, alarm clock was kinda gross and some hooks and things seemed to be in rough shape. Closet is broken up with a shelf which makes hanging certain ironed items a little tricky without bunching. It also got very hot during the night & when I tried to turn the AC down the temp went up. Not the worst stay I’ve had but some rooms could seemingly use some attention.

  Avoid this place if able: We traveled from out of state for a wedding and booked a room here. We were unable to check in on our original check in date due to a conflict with our work schedule. Per the guidelines on the website we called in to hold our reservation as we would be arriving the next day. Staff stated that they put a note in and that there would be no issues. Upon arrival today, the front desk stated that we both checked in and checked out that morning (knowing that we were traveling and this would not be possible). All of this occurred despite the front desk noting that there was a note regarding the room and reservation. Apparently within this time span they booked our room to someone else and told us there were no more vacancies and to try another hotel. Alongside this they offered no refund and stated to reach out to priceline to get a refund, despite the fact that we booked directly through their website. Terrible customer service, would avoid if able.
