- MKmary kelsey2 days ago5.0The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were comfortable. Breakfast was adequate, but would recommend having some dried fruit and nuts to add to the oatmeal.

- CBCurtis bAug 19, 20262.0I wanted to update a previous post i made about this hotel. It wouldn't let add it to the original post or as a reply. This is to expose this hotel . You can find my original post about them going into my room after we had the do not disturb sign on and how I had a personal item go missing from the bed side desk. As well as them saying the manager would call which he didn't. Then us calling the next day to speak with them being told they checked and no one went in our room when the person who did admitted it. The only response we got was to my former review of this motel they said call us and gave a number we called of course the manager wasn't in left a message. Never received a call back. It's obvious by the way they handled this situation they don't care. Yet it seems they want to save face by responding to a post yet when you do what they ask in the post once again ignore the situation . You can see the amount of time from my review until the response and the time between the response and this review. I believe they just responded to make themselves look as they actually would address the issue .

He does an amazing job and is a gem of an employee. He is made for customer service and he deserves a raise. Our room was updated, big, and clean and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or better customer service. Thank you Arthur!
