  First and second shift front desk check in guys were a little odd. Really appreciate the 3rd shift guest check in lady! She was extremely helpful and very kind ! She is the only reason why I’m giving it 5 stars .

  Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. I only wish the television technology was better.

  We stayed for 2 nights and had a great stay, even though we had to move rooms during the middle of the night (2 am) due to uncontrolled children in the room above us jumping and running. The night shift manager was quick to offer us a new room at the opposite end of the hotel. The second room was just as clean and comfortable as the first room. The breakfast was amazing for a free hotel breakfast, best I've ever seen, and the staff person in charge of breakfast was present and keeping everything fresh and clean. The only exception was that the pool was ICE COLD, and I just could not get in it. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

  Rooms and property was very clean. Breakfast was good and Lisa was awesome making sure all guests were well taken care of during breakfast. My only issue was that we arrived 30 minutes before check in to be told we couldn't check in. The desk clerk didn't even check to see if our room was available. The pool was closed when we arrived and when it did open it was pretty cold.

  This was an awful experience! The staff at the desk seemed irritated any time you went to the desk. They refused to provide a recent when checking out. The room had frayed towels, frayed window curtains, poorly lit, a hole in the wall, and what appeared to be paint chips on the lounge and floor. Also, the room was very noisy! You heard the guests in the hallway, people walking around upstairs seemed unusually loud — not conducive to a good nights sleep.
