  My co worker and I checked in to two rooms. The first room had not been cleaned at all. The second room the AC was broken. Then the Hotel lost all Wi-Fi and cable. The TV did not work. The pole was closed.

  We arrived Fri had to move rooms at 11:30 pm because of ANTS all on table,desk and crawling on the beds.Moved to another room same problem day shift guy came sprayed raid on desk. Asked if we had any sugar drinks we didnt!!HAD to move to another room again ANTS was crawling all around air conditioning. We move to 3 rooms in 2 days.Woke up yesterday morning ANTS crawling on table ANTS crawling on my shoes. Then go to check out the BILL WAS 854.53. Was CHARGED FOR ACCOMMODATIONS!! How am I being charged for moving rooms when you all have an ANT PROBLEM!! And ppl who written reviews the last couple times are correct no towels had to flush the toilet a couple times before it would go down. Another customer was front desk asking for towels while we was asking for manger we asked the guy could he call the manager he said no. The 3rd shift lady was extremely NICE!!!! She needs a raise,I think her name was Samantha! The house keeping is not doing a good job of cleaning!! Talked to guy on the way his bathroom wasn't clean! Didn't see or hear one housekeeper!

  First time here. Would stay again. Never understand if the hotel isn't full, they put you on the top floor. The shower with low tub was nice. Room was super cold when we arrived, but we turned it down. Breakfast was good.

  Newer IHG Holiday Inn. Rooms were immaculatley clean. Breakfast was fine, but some off brand and missing items when I visited. Very good property in my experience.

  Can not beat the price.service is stellar. The room was clean. Breakfast is really good. Coffee is really good also. The location is so close to beautiful bardstown. Pool is not great. We'll worth the price.
