  I’m from Wichita Kansas but currently living in Yukon Oklahoma and when I come to visit this is my first time staying at this hotel. I was there for the Sander’s Family Reunion and upon checking the staff was amazing and my room was wonderful. They had a wide selection of breakfast and the team who assisted us Saturday evening at the banquet were phenomenal and very helpful and welcoming. I appreciate my cousin Tasha Grant who did an outstanding job putting everything together. Thank you so much I appreciate each of you and looking forward to visiting and staying here again.

  If I could give less than a one on the review. That's what I would do for this hotel. Do not stay here. This hotel has bed bugs. Contrary to what they call them, they call them mosquitoes. We checked into the hotel, had issues from the beginning to the end, explained to the hotel that a bed bug was founded in one of the beds was told by management and staff that it was not a bed bug. It was mosquito, however, they put the room out of service. The supervisor over housekeeping said that it was being treated.So when I ask her, what are you treating for because there is no treatment for mosquitoes, and why did you take it?Take the room out of service.If there's no issues, I explained to her that we had pictures and how one of the beds was infested with bed bugs, she was very rude and did not want to listen to anything that I had to say, I tried to remain calm and pull her to the side. However, she wanted to make a scene in front of other residents. So there you have it, do not stay here.They do have bed bugs, and it is an active issue.And there are pictures. Now i'm from the pictures you can make your own, is it assumption, if those are bed, bugs or mosquitoes

  We rolled up here with 6 adults and 5 kids after a long day on the road, and they didn’t tell us that the pool was not operating until we had completely checked in and asked about the pool hours. We specifically chose this hotel for that particular amenity. The restaurant ran out of tall beer glasses, so we were not able to economically drink away our pool woes, and breakfast is $15/person. Definitely do not recommend.

  This place... is .... great. The people, the facilities and the food are all superb. Uriel was able to get me into a room all week at the government rate. I love this hotel and it can be hard to get in here at times. He is an asset to this place. Joe and Abby both work in 54 Craft and Co restaurant. They were friendly and provided good service even though they were the only ones there. The food 54 Craft serves is outstanding. First night I had the all american burger and it's a hidden gem. Literally one of the best burgers I have ever had. Mondays feature the build your own burger at a discount. Tuesday I had the tin can nachos. They were good, but the chips got soggy by the time I got to the bottom of the pile. Nothing uncommon, just something to note. The salsa was very good and the chips were thin and crispy, just the way I like them. Wednesday I met my dad and his wife there for dinner. I had the fish and chips and it was very yummy. The breading was incredibly thin and crispy. The fish was not greasy. My father had the strip steak. It was quite thin, but he said it was tender and cooked well. Flavor was on point. His wife had the crispy chicken wrap and she said it was one of the best she had ever had. She also noted that the honey mustard dip was very good. They had the brownie dessert and found it good. They both stated it was more like a brookie (cakey brownie). Their terms not mine. Lol. Service has been great every time I have been here. Rooms and facility are very clean and well maintained. What more could you want.
