  The hotel looked clean and nice, but the hallways had far too much, I guess what they called air freshner. Our dresser in our room was broken, none of the drawers closed. Although the water pressure in the shower was really good and there was plenty of hot water, the plug in the shower was broken as was the faucet. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom and the toilet seat was broken. Although, I prefer a thin bath towel, these were on the verge of having holes in them. The refrigerator didn't have a temperature control or an on or off button and didn't seem to get cold. The bed was pretty comfy and pillows were great. The TV didn't work, you couldn't turn it on or off with remote and the channels didn't change easily with remote either, but note in room did say they had new TVs on order. The room definitely was not worth the $140.00.

  It's a decent hotel. Pretty dated and in need of cosmetic repairs. Have stayed a few times and it was quiet and at a decent cost. The complimentary breakfast was good, the basics of scrambled eggs, cereals, oatmeal, etc. The location is kinda sketchy with some really run down hotels and not really walkable, with no local restaurants.

  Nice quiet room. Clean and inviting. Great breakfast options. Super friendly staff, even during a late night check in.

  Had to give a 3. Alot of miscommunication. Seems to be alot of division with the front desk staff and cleaning staff. Front desk didnt inform we needed our room cleaned and restocked. When we got back at night we were today cleaning crew left and didnt do their job. Ladies that do the breakfast setup. Were super kind and helpful. Such a delight. The older lady that walks around with a clipboard that acts as if she is a supervisor. Is very unprofessional. When I asked attempted to ask her a question she brushed me off. Very sad when the guest are the reason she is employment. That was on day 1. Thought maybe she had a rough morning. That attitude continued throughout the multiple days we were there. Didn't appreciate it. 😕 Our last morning we had asked the front desk for a late check out. Well in the morning a new middle age lady with a clipboard was banging on our door. Was again very rude in asking if we were leaving. When I informed her that we had asked for a late check out. She then responded that she hates when they do that. They seem to never communicate with them. That division definitely impacted our stay. If its happening from a supervisor position down that says alot.

  Great staff great location. Everything is awesome. Shout out to Pam who went above and beyond her duties to make sure our stay was comfortable as can be. Breakfast was great!!!
