  I gave a 3 star on the room because of there not being a fan in the bathroom. Without one causes the room to stay hot after a shower and with 4 people in a room using the bathroom, you can imagine. Also, the grout the moldy in the shower. With that being said, everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. And the best part of all of it was Nick working breakfast. He made sure there was enough food, kept everything clean and was extremely sociable with all of the guests. He would ask your name and if you would be back tomorrow morning. And when you came back the next morning, he remembered your name. I have stayed in a few hotels and he has been the best that I've seen. He is a real asset to the company!

  Luke warm showers, room smelled like dog pee, sink in the bathroom didn’t drain, shower floor was black, light fixtures had rust running down the wall from age. Hotel really needs some work

  One of the quickest easiest check in experience from Adam. Room was pretty outdated and had small beetles coming into the room. The sheets were damp. Maybe an Humidity issue. I will return when the hotel gets renovated. The breakfast lady was nice and had a great smile

  Daisy at check in was amazing! She was very professional and swift with my check in! Sarah in breakfast was also great! She kept the breakfast buffet stocked and cleaned as well as cleaned tables even when the lobby was full! Room was clean and comfortable to chill in, i will definitely return!

  The best experience I've had and a long time at a hotel. I like the Holiday Inn hotels and particular this one.The location is fantastic.The people are wonderful , very kind and pleasant. My room needed a new shower curtain.Because of a few stains i happen to see Heather, be assistant executive house keeper she apologized for the shower curtain and offered to change to a new one right away.I told her it wasn't a hurry when she said but it is she left came back.Put the shower curtain up took my dirty towels.And thank you for staying here at this location.
