  The room was under my name. I regret using my points for this hotel and I’m annoyed with this brand and service due to the lack of care after mentioning multiple times now. Hope this genuinely helps future guests decide to look elsewhere. Oh and if you want a soda here it’s $5. A bottle of water is $4 after tax. Since they care so much, I’ll go ahead and add that the tub didn’t drain properly either. So if you like showering in knee deep water after paying for an $4 bottle of water. Then this might be a good place for you to stay. Absolutely wild after staying with this brand for so many years. The room was clean - I was a little thrown off by all the signs (interesting choice of artwork, really adds to the ambiance) threatening to charge for any missing towles. The bed was dented in, a spot about 2.5ft wide and I'm sure every bit of 3ft long- it terrible. My partner and I woke up with the worst back pain. We talked to the front desk about it at check out, and they acted like it was normal- she said "well, these are extended stays usually, what do you expect" my jaw dropped. We got this room for free with points- but I did express to her that had I actually paid for this room, I would have been livid. Do better #mybackhurts

  Very convenient location , and one of the better Candlewood Suites I have been to. The is a big property and doesn’t seem to have enough parking. Has an Irish pub and nice steakhouse next to it

  The rooms were a good size for our four adults and 4 year old. Outdoor pool and hot tub were nice and overall it was a great experience. Why only 3 and 4 stars. For service one evening we had some questions (what are the pool hours, are there seperate towels, etc.), the staff at the front desk stated "I have no clue if its open or what the hours are. I saw some people out there last night, but you can try your key to see if its unlocked". The room itself was missing bedding for the pull out sofa bed. When we asked for some, it was like we had to "prove beyond a reasonable doubt" that there was no bedding. Maybe they have experienced a lot of theft in the past, but it felt a bit unnecessary. Overall would I stay there again? Yes, most definitely.

  The only elevator that works is the one near the main lobby. Although there are ice machines on each floor, the only one that works is on the main floor. Some wear and tear and stains on the furniture. The room was mostly clean. The side of the refrigerator has a white film and splatters and there was dirt in the corner of the bathroom. The heavy curtain in the room wouldn't close all the way and left a gap.
