  Pésimo hotel baño tapado olía horrible no cambian tuallas el aire acondicionado no funciona no cambian cameras la picsina estaba verde y olía mal me dijieron que solo le faltaba color pero fue mentira no la limpian el desayuno peor la verdad no lo recomiendo

  this hotel stinks (literally and figuratively). horrible service and Izzy doesn't know how her job works. the baseboard is coming off. the pull out bed is creaky and feels like your on a trampoline. I woke up more sore than when I left my track meet. 0/10 please save yourselves from this monstrosity.

  I definitely do not recommend. The evening front desk worker does not know anything about pricing, hospitality or even how to get clean towels. The price booked did not match what she charged us for at check in (even without the incidentals fee). The wall paint and baseboard are peeling off from a leak in our room. There are much better places to stay for similar cost, and I bet they have towels for all of their guests!

  Wish i could give zero stars. Our reservation was for 2pm. When we arrived at 6pm, we were told we would have to wait because the cleaners had just arrived. We couldn't even check in. We had to wait until almost 8pm before a room was ready for us. Things did not improve when we got to our room. Two of the lamps did not work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. And the bathroom door is broken near the floor. There were only 2 towels for a 3 person reservation. The refrigerator was more like a freezer that couldn't be adjusted. And the phone in the room barely worked, static on the line so bad you can barely hear the other person. The TV remote is not user-friendly and there are no instructions. As for the service, it was 'icy' at best. She was not helpful at all. When we asked about the check in issues, she gave us non-answers. "I'm only on the front desk, i don't know anything else." Will never stay here again, even though it is in a convenient location to visit family.

  This last stay here provided us with the lack of customer service this establishment has. First off our room was hot the AC wasn't cooling even after being set on 60 degrees, there was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom and mold around the shower. The window lock was bust, and this wouldn't have been such an issue if we weren't on the first floor. Ants had made a home inside the room and where everywhere. We tried to no avail to get ahold of the general manager but hes too busy to respond. We had previously loved this hotel but the obvious details that they dont care about a single customer issue. I would check the room before getting comfortable if you stay here that wont happen for us again
