However, my daughters had a very uncomfortable experience during breakfast involving a staff interaction at the waffle station. The situation escalated over how long waffles were left in the machine, and the tone of communication felt unnecessarily confrontational in a public setting. While we understand staff may need to manage breakfast flow and other guests waiting, I believe the situation could have been handled with more patience and professionalism.

In his response on Google to David Livingstone's review, they LIED and said they refunded our money! No- they didn't because we booked through hotels.com and even they couldn't get a response. So we paid for two rooms for that night. Hopefully, we won't be paying an exterminator!
