- KSKeith StokesAug 20, 20262.0We were prepared to overlook things like a sink that wouldn't drain or housekeeping not addressing our room after the first night. But the shine was taken off by their not having a working ice maker. The clerk who checked us in said it had been broken for a few days and they couldn't provide any ice because their maintenance man had been called out of town by a family emergency. This was added to, by the tiny frig in the room, which wouldn't freeze anything. But the kicker was when we were checking out two days later and said how much the lack of ice had effected us. The woman at the desk then said they had ice available right along and the first clerk shouldn't have said that.

Staff is excellent and room was clean and nice to sleep on nice comfortable bed Shower was amazing and refreshing. Breakfast organized and really good. biscuit and gravy was awesome and waffle was really good. pleasant Atmosphere parking for handicap was really close A+ stay.
