I called 3 different times and each time phone rang so many times it eventually went straight to busy signal. We had issues with the air conditioning in our room. It was blowing luke warm air. Talked to staff 3 times, first was told they would "flip the switch " to get it working. Never heard of that before. Second time about 45 minutes later was told to give it a little time and it would cool off. Third time hour later, still not working was told make sure temperature was set to 70 or above or it would freeze up . Very uncomfortable warm, muggy night. I've stayed at many holiday inn and this was the only bad experience I've had. What upset me the most was the lack of care and service from employees. I should have been offered another room or a fan at least. Would not recommend this location. My stay was only one night, July 9.

It smelled musty, the old once-gold upholstery on the armchairs was gray with grime, and there was someone’s used toothpick left on the bathroom counter. The toilet seat had no lid, and there was no place adjacent to the shower to hang a towel since there was just a hole in the back of the door where I assume a hook once was. Everything was run-down, and there was a big spider hanging out in the corner on the wall. I found his Daddy Longlegs cousin in the bed when I went to get in. We didn’t stay for breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but the staff seemed nice.
