  This is the worst holiday inn we’ve ever stayed at with nothing working and everything broken. From the wifi in the room not working, to cracked tiles on the floor. Non functional AC, dripping sink fixed by maintenance on the first day, only to be followed by a jammed stopper in the sink on the 2nd day with no maintenance person on duty. Supposedly this hotel was renovated in 2024 but it looks like it’s original from 1980 (built in 2010). Keys would not work and tried to re-key several times before giving up. Pool was closed at checkin and we’re told it would be open by the weekend, and never reopened. This is a one and done, holiday Inn flagship should be revoked as this is not a usual representation of an IHG property. Although the property is what it is, Amy saved the day! With no maintenance on duty, Amy successfully changed our room. A full house, she made sure to follow up once a clean room was available. She also made sure that we were happy with it and had all that we needed. She came up to our room and assisted us with moving. The other room is still a little run down but much better than the previous. Thank you to Amy!

  The cutting back on service was not great. No coffee pot in the room, ice makers removed from all but the 1st floor was an inconvenience as well. The ice machine on the first floor did not work as well. The room however was clean and nice. Stayed two nights and no one come to clean the room.

  It took us 3 attempts to get clean towels. The shade was broke (no chain the pull it up), so it was very dark in out room & the toilet was clogged. Tried using the pool, but it was dirty & cold. Breakfast had no napkins, no fruit & runny gravy. We did get points credited for the inconvenience, but they have a lot of maintenance to do. Bed was comfortable.

  Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue buena. Estaba limpio y organizado. El personal de servicio fue amable. Una única sugerencia es acerca de la piscina. El agua estaba fría, los asientos que la rodean algunos están manchados, lavándolos se soluciona. Pueden ambientar un poco ese espacio de la piscina. El resto estuvo excelente.

  Very disappointed with this hotel. Stayed here when visiting my son. The first room issued had pee and hair on the bathroom seat. The second room issued has black mold in the air unit, ants all over, and kids jumping up and down upstairs. The third room issued was better but missing a desk chair and one bed had hair and stained sheets. Bathroom showers are in dire need of updating. Cancelled second night. Clearly owners do not actually address the complaints because I read similar complaints from 5 months ago. Housekeeping staff is inadequate. I don’t recommend staying here.
