  This hotel is overpriced and it smelled horrible. The room was damp and musty smelling. The ac did seem to be able to keep the room cool enough. The shower had terrible water pressure and is not much. At times it was hard to even get hot water for a hot shower. The breakfast was the best part and even some of the food served was dried out and gross. The beds were pretty comfortable. The room was not clean enough. It felt gross. The whole hotel felt unclean and gross. Only 1 elevator worked the 3 days we were there and the other elevator seemed sketchy on if it was going to get you to the next floor or not. We will DEFINITELY never be staying at this hotel again. When I asked for a refund of at least 1 night out if the 2 stayed, I never even got a reply from the manager or got a refund.

  Walked into my room and was instantly hit with smell of moldy basement. You could see where the cracks in the ceiling and walls had been patched, I'm assuming due to water damage. I asked to be moved to the 4th floor as other people I was staying there with were on that floor and the smell wasn't as bad. The new room wasn't as bad but the sheets still felt damp which was a very gross feeling. When I then went to take a shower there was no hot water. Turns out all 4 rooms our group had booked had the same problem. We were continuly told maintenance could look at our room. If 4 rooms have the same problem I think the issue is larger than checking my room specifically. We canceled our second night and left. I do not recommend staying here. I am not one to be overly picky and do not write bad reviews often but this place deserves it.

  We had a 2 night stay here. We had to switch rooms instantly due to mold behind the beds. Then our next room had no hot water… so when I told them about the water problem, which lots of people were having the same issues, they tried giving me another room with a lot of mold behind the beds again… Very disappointed and will never stay at this establishment again.

  Every time I come visit my family I stay this hotel but is getting bad to worst when it comes cleaning if u trying to come here I won’t recommend

  I really never leave review but this feels necessary. We were honestly highly disappointed in our stay. The location of the hotel is super convenient. Upon our arrival, we found our room to be slightly old and dingy. The hallways of the hotel were filled with hot humid air and one of the elevators were out of commission. It truly felt like we were sharing a hotel room with everyone else around us because all of the walls were so thin. Honestly, all of these things were tolerable, until we got a message that the water for the hotel was going to be shut off all through the afternoon and through the night. While the hotel did offer a refund for the night, the process to receive this refund has been frustrating. When calling the front desk, it felt like we were a massive inconvenience and the staff were entirely unhelpful. Because we booked through a third party, they were not able to offer a refund immediately and claimed that I would need to begin the process with booking.com. I understand this is beyond the control of the hotel staff, but it is also frustrating to feel this way when we had to move our bags and check in to a different hotel at 1 in the morning. In all honesty, I feel frustrated that I even had to pay for one of the nights of the two night stay. We are in this area often and planned to rebook for October but we will be taking out business elsewhere.
