  I had the best customer service experience with Michael. I had a hiccup with my reservation and needed to cancel. The AI bot told me I was being charged. Not only did Michael go out of his way to contact me. He cleared up my cancellation, and fully refunded my money. And did it all with courtesy and kindness!!! Customer Service is rare these days and Im grateful. I will be marking this as a favorite place to stay when Im in the area. I didn’t rate the room because I didn’t actually stay.

  Looks like everything in the room except the nasty shower was remodeled. Half an inch of water standing in the bottom of the shower when I got to my room at 9pm. Pretty gross

  The hotel only has one elevator that works, the ice machine on our floor was broken, the bed was broken down, the shower was broken and so was the sink. We requested a room change and were denied. The outside grounds were unkept. We were told that we were by the elevator but were at the end of the hallway. The guest services clerk lied to us on several things. It was close to the Kansas Speedway and that’s all it had going for it.

  The staff at the hotel (Anali, GM; William, front desk; and Michael, night desk) have made my stay there worth going back again and again. I highly recommend the hotel and its staff.

  We got in late at night. About 10:30 and were eager for bed. We checked in, got to our room and immediately found a load of issues. The bathroom door was tilted so far off that it couldn't latch. The shower curtain rod was attached to broken tile and because of that was falling off the wall. The door into the room had cracks around the door handle. It looked as though someone had tried to force it open which lead to some concerns about security. To top it all off, much of the room was dirty. Spots on the wall had water damage. There was drywall dust on the carpet and stains on pieces of furniture. We went to front desk and asked for another room. They only had one other available, and when we stepped into THAT room, it had all the exact same issues as the room we had just left. Bathroom door not closing, dirty room, stains on the wall, and the same issue with the main door having damage on the door itself. Ultimately, we left and went to a different hotel. The front desk attendant was very helpful in getting us to another room. Thay's about the only positive thing I can say about this place.
