  The room was nice and cleaned well. The argumentative front desk person was unbelievable. Because I requested a King through third party (many times deck workers say they don't see the request) I called reservation to request a king, while at the same time being mentally prepared for two queens. Making sure I heard the lady correctly I simply asked if she said queens. She should have just said yes and I would have kept walking. Her reply was yes we don't have any kings available...... I did not mention anything about a king which made me think, she must have removed the notice reservation agent placed on the account requesting a king. When I questioned why did she mention King, when I had not mentioned said King, she went on trying to blame third party. Every time I tried to ask a question she cut me off and rambled on some more about third party. With consideration of the guest that was waiting (she didn't even consider them) I told her to wait on the customers. When the line was gone, I tried one more time to ask a question and get clarity and once again she cut me off and rambled on about third party. I told her third party can only be responsible for what they do. She is the one that is to be held accountable for what she does. Upon checking out, I gave the day manager the opportunity to have a conversation regarding what went wrong, but she was not interested. Later I looked through the reviews and saw several regarding the rudeness of the front desk worker. With workers like that and lack of training, they will never catch up with Hiltons nor Marriott customer service. $Breakfast is the same as Continental breakfast at other hotels, but cost more than ihop.

  Older but has had renovations. Everything was great, room was clean, king bed was very inviting. There is an issue with room 417 shower, there is only one temperature and that is scalding so couldn't take a shower, we did let front know on checkout, didnt seem concerned, like she may knew about said issue. Id recommend opening a ticket if for that specific room if thats the case as a nice shower is much needed after long drives.

  Nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. No complaints. One of your team, Missy was so kind. She really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! Thanks for the stay.

  The AC is set on motion detection so if you’re asleep, it won’t kick on and you will wake up soaked in sweat every hour. It’s ridiculous that I have to wave my arms around once an hour just to keep the AC on and to keep it from getting hot in my room. Everything else was good but they need to get rid of that stupid feature
