  150 buck for no parking lot lights. No pool. No elevator. And people yelling outside at 3 am. Why are you charging full price for a sub-optimal product? That's called lying. Do yourself a favor a sleep in your CAR.

  Number 1 complaint: we found 3 different live bugs in our room. Not bed bugs but still made me feel itchy and uncomfortable. Our room felt a little damp as well. The whole place still appears to be mid renovation as other reviews have stated so a lot of areas still feel very unfinished or quickly repainted, landlord special style. The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was kind and welcoming, got us bottled water upon our arrival. Breakfast was fine, what you expect from a BW. Hope this location can continue to work on improvements as it has potential but rooms definitely need to be more thoroughly cleaned.

  This was the least Best Western “plus” we’ve ever been too. We have been to many, across the country. It was cleanish and the bed was comfortable but the place was janky. Holes in the ceiling, all sorts of damage throughout. It seems it maybe is mid renovation? Or should be mid renovation? The water pressure was non existent, we had to ask for sheets and such for the couch bed, no bag for dirty laundry. I guess it was sufficient for a pass through night. Would not stay there longer

  Hotel is currently being renovated. I think our room was newly renovated because it was beautiful. Pool has a waterslide!! My one complaint is I was talking to a lovely employee, Steve, in the breakfast area. He was actively telling me about his job and how much he loves it when a manager came up and told Steve to stop talking and get back to work. I travel a lot so it can be lonely. Steve was warm and welcoming and starting my day off right then this woman came and totally ruined the vibe. This is a hospitality industry and Steve was the best!!! More Steves, less cranky managers. The night check in guy (oh man I think it was Desawn? Has lots of cool tattoos) is also a cool dude!! Very nice and welcoming.

  Booked to stay and when got there the room given had an unplugged AC. When plugged in it did not work and made a loud noise. Got another room and the AC in that room had hot air coming out of the vent and would not cool at all. They had no other rooms available. We could not stay in those conditions and had to book another stay elsewhere. Also, the building was under construction. The AC unit vents looked absolutely disgusting. Top heat of summer and refused to give a refund. I do not suggest booking here.
