  There was about 40 minutes left until the bus was supposed to arrive at the bus stop closest to this hotel. It was pretty chilly outside. I asked a lady at the front desk if I could wait inside. She asked her boss to make sure it was okay. They both said yes. I told them thank you. And I sat down and was on my phone for a little bit. I told the lady a couple jokes that I saw. And she understood the jokes. Everything about the lady behind the desk as well as the other staff was just amazing. The place looked very clean and organized. I hope this hotel stays in business for many more years to come.

  Clean and comfortable. One of the best breakfasts I've had at a included breakfast. You won't be disappointed. Great location.

  We stayed at Best Western Plus Midwest Inn & Suites while in town for state testing and ended up turning it into a mini vacation—and we’re so glad we did! This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the price (around $89/night) was an incredible value. The small water slide was a huge hit and made it extra fun for the kids. The free breakfast was also a great bonus and made our mornings so much easier. What really stood out was the staff—they were so helpful, friendly, and truly amazing. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We had no idea this place was here, but we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

  If I could give this zero stars I would. My children and I didn’t even make it past the lobby. It looks nothing like the pictures show. The pool was a green color. When you walk in the smell of chemicals (not cleaning ones) hit you in the face. My children didn’t even want to stay there. I took the cancellation fee just to go get a better room somewhere else after dealing with the attitude of the lady at the desk. Would NOT recommend.

  This is not a 3 star hotel. Janky - dated - like it's stuck in the late 90s ish. Super great service.. staff was amazing...and clean but do not stay here if you're expecting modern 3 star hotel experience. It's like a dog that you know will need put down soon so you try to make them comfortable. Breakfast burritos were AMAZING. Fresh refried beans/pico. If it gets updated this staff will make this location shine for sure!
