- CMCyndi Miller3 days ago4.0The elevator needs work. It makes lots of noises and shudders. The breakfast was pretty good. The room was clean. The AC worked very well! Hot water was awesome! Pool area looked well maintained.
- RBRyan BrockMay 13, 20263.0The hotel looks like every other holiday inn express from the outside, but once you get in, if you can find parking in their tiny lot filled with trucks and trailers, you soon find out that they don’t maintain the place at all. First room door lock was broken, the desk came up to let me in finally and admitted that the lock was faulty and moved me to a different room. Another person checking in was experiencing similar bad door/key problems at the same time I was. In the elevator we all three (desk, other guest, and I) discussed how unpleasant and janky the elevator was. The desk clerk admitted he complains about it to management all the time and it never gets repaired. In the room it was fine, just poor maintenance apparently. Cracked tile, gaps in the caulking around the shower, toilet didn’t flush properly. I went to fill my water bottle to leave and the water coolers were empty. I couldn’t find a place to set the lid of my bottle, the counters were filthy and had remnants of breakfast left all over. This was at 6 pm when the kitchen had been closed for 10 hours. Unimpressed wholly. I’ll be staying at a different hotel next time I’m in town.
