    Room and bathroom was clean, check in was smooth, the AC unit wasn’t loud. Had an overall pleasant stay

    The room itself was nice, but getting to it was painful. The website mentions that they do not have rollaway carts, but completely forgets to mention that there is no elevator in this hotel. If you have bad knees or other ailments make note that you have to use the stairs. When I brought up that I would need a 1st floor room because of there being no elevator, that told me that I should have requested it during the reservation. I would have if there was any warning that there was no elevator. The customer service was terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Quality Inn instead.

    We stayed there April 20th for a few days, Very clean and cozy rooms. Close to everything in town. Delicious breakfast, the owner even made my wife a bowl of Chick peas! The owner and his wife are awesome very polite and friendly helped carry our luggage. The pool was nice and warm. Can't wait to go back! Definitely recommend

    Rosie the manager is awesone. She's super nice and goes above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy. The owners are awesone as well buy they had to leave for a few weeks for famiky stuff and left rosie in charge i guess but Rosie had got it handled. The housekeepers do an amazing job also. I know from experience that this is the best hotel in town. They also have an indoor swimming pool which is nice to be able to swim while it was 6 inches of snow outside. I wish the fan wasnt so loud though. But no worries!
