  I normally do not leave reviews but the hotel staff here is completely rude and unhelpful. During our stay we were barely even spoken to at check in. I witnessed multiple people throughout the stay trying to bring luggage carts in and the staff never once opened the door or tried to help while they saw people actively struggling. The cleaning staff acted as if people trying to get down the hall was unacceptable and didn’t try to step to the side when people were trying to get by. Then I was double charged for a pet fee. I called to let them know and the man who answered was extremely rude and said you weren’t charged it was prepaid. As I went to explain that I have 2 charges he kept talking over me and was really rude. I finally said can I talk?! Then he got even nastier, to which I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. He then was like talk, I explained that yes I was charged twice for the pet fee and then when I was done talking he snapped back with an are you done talking?! Just honestly appalling. Then come to find out and no shocker to anyone reading this I was in fact double charged. He stated he refunded the amount but we will see if that happens. If the manager acts nasty and rude like that it is no wonder why the rest of the staff feel like it’s okay to be rude to customers. I travel a lot and I have never experienced this level of nasty rudeness before. I would avoid.

  Everything was comfortable. Sam at the front desk was extremely friendly. The room was clean and cozy. We will stay here again

  So far we started off with arriving with our hotel room at 87 degrees and when we asked for one in which the air was on we were informed this is standard for all rooms to shut the air off... and that it should only take a little while to cool off. Let's make it miserable to walk into a room that you spend alot of money on to be comfortable and might as well have heated blankets in the middle of summer. Its the little things and if this hotel is to tight to keep the room at an acceptable temperature it makes you wonder what other corners they are cutting if they cannot provide the basic accommodations of a room prepared for the guest.
