  Okay, so maybe their rooms are okay. But since i've been here, I have had some equipment stolen from my work vehicle along with other coworkers that are staying here. They don't have any cameras for us to help.Identify the suspects. Now tonight I come back, kind of light after work in twelve hours.And it's raining, but they have non diamond elite people.Parked in the diamond elite spots because they don't want to get wet from rain. So that made me who is a diamonder late. Have to park way out in the boondocks. By the time I made it in, I was soaked. I let the front desks know when I got to my room. My key wouldn't work because everything on me. And my key was, so wet, I told the front clerk via phone, what happened? I waited 20 minutes, she never come up to my room to give me another key. So I had to go back down to her. She tried to lie and say she came to the room. Even though I was sitting on the floor next to my door the whole time this black woman is about to get her butt kicked for lion to me. I work way more hours than her. And I am not happy tonight. If a manager sees this, I am an Overland Park on Metcalf. And the time or sorry, the date is well.Honestly, it is two o'clock in the morning

  I cannot say enough about our stay at Staybridge last weekend. It was my mom's 70th birthday and since we have family on both sides of the state, we decided to celebrate in Columbia. With so many of us, they accommodated our request to have our rooms in close proximity and called me prior to our arrival so they new who to expect. We did tell them it was her birthday, so John (front desk), and the head of housekeeping, stopped by our room to deliver flowers to her. I visit Columbia often for work and to visit my children who go to Mizzou, I'll be staying at Staybridge more often.

  We drove 15 hours to be here during one of the most difficult moments our family has faced—coming to see our mother after she suffered a stroke. The last thing anyone should have to deal with in a situation like that is poor customer service, but unfortunately, that’s exactly what we experienced at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, there was a lack of professionalism and urgency. Simple requests were met with attitude, and there was no effort made to accommodate guests. The overall experience felt disorganized and unwelcoming. After such a long drive and everything going on, this experience was extremely disappointing. I would strongly reconsider staying here if you expect a reasonable level of service. We book our way at the Embassy in Olathe and their customer service was excellent.
