The breakfast that was not included was absolutely disgusting biscuits were so hard you could play hockey with. You have to walk a mile and go to a different part of the hotel to do your laundry parking was not the best thought out either. The price we paid VS the hotel is definitely not worth it the workers were very polite and helpful
I'm going to put this out there and challenge the site Mgr to contact me directly to discuss, although I highly doubt that will happen.. as someone who traveled extensively for work, and now travels with pets, and also understands the nuances of the attached restaurant, I can offer legitimate feedback in all of those areas.... the hotel was sufficient, and served our needs, but there are definite areas for improvement...

5 stars! Stayed at the Holiday Inn and had an amazing experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well kept. The location was perfect — close to so many attractions, restaurants, and things to do, which made everything super convenient. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also fantastic and made it easy to grab a great meal without having to go far. Most importantly, the customer service was absolutely spot on from start to finish. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcomed the entire stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Well, it was a nice room. Service was great even despite reservation issues. Ryan was a good help. The rooms were average size. A nice big lobby and different areas of seating. They also had a restaurant attached (KC's) which was pretty much an old skool bennigans, but updated. Food was pretty good and price was fair for that. Overall the hotel was pretty good and served its purpose. My only complaints were that they dont offer the free continental breakfast(because free food is less to buy) and that the fridges in the room were smaller than I would like. Definitely would still stay again. No critters, no smells, and for me, there was no noise.

*Last minute booking*
Getting the reservation was the best part of the whole stay. The lady who I spoke with was very helpful. I called after getting the reservation(around 9 am) looking to see if I could get an early check-in, but knowing that probably wasn’t going to happen at that point. It didn’t, no problem. Wasted more time and tried again at 2pm, but was informed that there were no rooms available and I would have to wait until 3. Ok, I get it these places are busy. However, I decided to just walk in around 15-20 minutes later, and they were allowing other people already check-in, so I went ahead and checked-in. That evening I asked the front desk for a late check-out, as a Club Member it is a benefit if there is availability. The lady told me, without looking at her computer or notes, no because they had so many departures the next day, but to ask in the morning. Started calling the front desk the morning of departure at 7 am to request the late check-out, like the lady said, but nobody would ever answer the phone. So I went downstairs a little after 8 to speak to someone in person, but he told me that they were now already booked and couldn’t have anymore late check-outs. Why didn’t the lady the night before mention anything about them being booked? Her reasoning was because of so many departures. Anything ever asked/requested, I was told no immediately. The hotel itself, old, dirty, dingy, insert any other related adjectives. Walked into the on-site restaurant, walked right back out. Will never choose to stay at this hotel again.
