Manager checked us in was not rude but had zero personality. No hello, no thanks for staying with us. Just "your name?".

After talking more with the front desk staff, we learned that it has been broken since February. At the very least, they should make people aware of this prior to booking. We would’ve booked elsewhere had we know this ahead of time.
