Need some pest control in the rooms. Found cockroach on the bed and also on the floor. I would recommend to look elsewhere for your stays
- JGJenny GarvinJul 6, 20261.0I have stayed in Candlewood suites while working in several other states this particular location not only is the staff incredibly rude during the day so I wanna make that clear the daytime staff and read previous review reviews dating back from March 2026 for the elevator was broke well guess what during the World Cup the elevator is still currently broke the Staff working informed me that it’s not going to be fixed and for the entire two weeks stay they put me on the fourth floor with non-working elevator and I had to walk up and down four flights of stairs multiple times a day fortunately, I was able to do that, but somebody who is handicap or elderly or even a pregnant lady they would not have been able to do that in the extreme heat as their air conditioning was not the best either extremely disappointed this location. I was so happy to leave that. I actually left a day early and I never, and I mean, never will stay in this location ever again.

Manager checked us in was not rude but had zero personality. No hello, no thanks for staying with us. Just "your name?".
