  We have been here for a wedding and gathered as a family in the lobby after the wedding. Melissa was doing the nightshift and has brought us extra water, plates of cookies, and a bag of marshmallows for the kids. She has gone above and beyond and has made us feel home, away from home. She has been so loving to us and has invested time and effort into our family gathering. I hope Holiday Inn sees this and gives Melissa adequate compensation for her "above and beyond" attitude and actions. Holiday Inn is better for having her on their team.

  It was over $250 and the night before I guess they had a storm go through that affected the satellite. They did give $30 back (suppose to anyway) but that was disappointing.

  Overall the hotel was maintained and clean in the main areas such as the entrance, lobby and breakfast/sitting area but our room was questionable. While the bedding appeared clean, several other areas made it seem as though the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The bathroom floor appeared poorly swept and mopped, with pubic hairs and grime still present, and there were additional hairs along the inside of the shower. Overall cleanliness of the bathroom made our stay uncomfortable. The carpet near the bathroom was also badly frayed and damaged to the point of seeing the flooring underneath, and we even found what appeared to be a booger on the window curtain. The bathroom sink clogged/drained very slowly, the toilet paper roll was already low with no additional roll provided, and we had to request another. The elevator panel also had noticeable fingerprints and hand prints and needed to be wiped down. There were some positives—the bedding seemed clean, pillows were nice with a firm and a softer option, the shower head and water pressure were great, and the shower drained properly without clogging which is always a plus in a hotel stay. Customer service was great, I’d really like to give the staff the stars they deserve for being welcoming and pleasant. We even had to ask for an extra blanket and towels and they were happy to accommodate our needs. The hotel was quiet and in a good location. It fit our needs I just wished the room was cleaner.

  This is a clean no frills hotel with a great location right off the Prairie Spirit Trail! The staff were super friendly and the breakfast was a great spread. I took my bike into my room with me with no problems. I will definitely stay here again!
