  My husband booked a hotel for my son and I. We drove from out of town to meet him. When we arrived, the staff refused to check us in because we don't have the same last name. I explained that I am a stay at home mom and I use his credit card for everything . I showed all my credentials- I had the check in ID number, email verification AND the credit card that the payment was made with and they STILL turned us away due to some last name "policy". My husband wasn't due to be off for 4 more hours and can't take calls on site, I had a 3 year old and no where to go, so this was more than an inconvenience for us. Funny thing is, after they refused to let us in, the manager who lives and breathes all things policy related, cancelled my husbands reservation without his knowledge. It wasn't until hours later when he called Priceline for a refund that he was told that management cancled his room. He has a long term stay in Olathe for work. We wanted to stay here twice a week for the year to help with homesickness but clearly this location doesn't want our business.

  Rooms are nice but nothing fancy. Service is average. Breakfast is American basic every day the same … location is literally in the middle of nowhere. If you have no car you will spend a ton on uber.

  The hotel and staff where great. I accidentally left a travel jewelry box in a drawer. Immediately called when I realized it (2 days after checkout), and had little hope it would be recovered. Maria called me back within 45 minutes, had located the jewelry box, which I received via UPS today. Thank you to all the staff for your honesty and going the extra mile.
