The room layout is good and are reasonably updated. The only real problem was how damp the rooms were (had family on bottom and top floor). We stayed for 3 nights, having the air made it better each day. Breakfast is typical, but the room is well taken care of and very clean. The Wi Fi was extremely weak, at least in the 2 rooms we occupied.

Waited over 20 minutes to check in at 3pm so the one desk employee could fix an emergency in a room ( TV not working correctly) our shower curtain was missing and breakfast selection was lacking. Have stayed at several other Best Western in the last week and even though the breakfast was not the best there was selections of other items to eat.

This is a gem in Olathe. The staff are nice. The facilities are well maintained. And the room comfort is topnotch. The breakfast options were unexpectedly great. There was fresh salsa, seasoned potatoes where nicely prepared and the eggs were quality, too.

I was in a near by town for work. The week before I was staying at BW World of fun which was good. This week I decided to try out BW plus at Olathe. I arrived in the evening. The check in process didn't take long. I was recognized as a BW member and he gave me 2 bottle of water. Thank you. This is the 3rd BW out of the 9 BW I've been to in the past 5 months that recognize member. My room was on the 2nd floor. Bath room was clean. Bath and toilet were super clean almost like new. Missing a towel hook though. Bed was clean. Carpet has a couple stains from previous guests spilled drink or food. Refrigerator and microwave were clean. Breakfast was great. Hot foods were on electric grills which keep food warm. There is a pool room and exercise rooms. Mc Donald's on one side and Wendy's on the other side of the hotel. The hotel is almost perfect except there were odors. 2 distinguish odors. I didn't notice the odor until I lied down on bed to sleep. To manager, when you walk out of the elevator on the 2nd floor, you will notice the odor. It is the same odor in the room I stayed (which is next to the elevator). I'm not sure if it is the carpet smell or something else. The 2nd odor is in the vanity sink. Please check it out.
