  Manager is disrespectful and very unprofessional. She has no business being in a management roll. This is the worst place in mcpherson to stay.

  I arrived early for my reservation at the Best Western in McPherson and was told there were no available room. They would not be available till 3. The manager did not walk over to great me she simply yelled it across the entire lobby. After waiting in the lobby for 2 hours and 30 minutes new customers came in and were checked in and given rooms. I asked the manager if there are rooms available now. She said no. I asked why rooms were given out when I have been in the lobby waiting this entire time. She said I was being rude and that she don’t have to take this crap ( only she used the word that google wont let me put even with hash tags) from anyone. After cussing at me I explained that I am not the one being rude she is. She then raised her voice and told me she doesn’t have to let me stay here. I said there is no need for you to raise your voice at me if that the route you want to take that’s your choice. This is all being done in front of your other customers. She then in a loud voice explained that it’s not her fault that she is short handed. And I said so that’s my fault? She said no and I replied that I am the one paying the price for it. Then I asked was I supposed to come up to the desk every 5 minutes to see if a room is available and she said yes. She then said again she is not going to deal with this crap (only she used the other word again) you can’t stay here so leave. This is how the hotel manager responds to a complaint. I’m sure this is not the last time nor the first time she has treated a guest this way. I have put an email in for the owner to contact me. I will update after or if I hear from them. Also the manager has her family staying there with a dog and disruptive kids. Not sure why that’s ok or if they pay or not. Also the family uses the laundry facility for the hotel for their own clothes. You learn a lot when you sit and listen for two and a half hours Update. I have contacted liberty hotel group since they are over this hotel and have not received a call though I did request one. I guess it is safe to say that they do not care about the customer at this hotel.

  Room was ok. Front desk Girl was like she didn't care. Wanted to see if they had a first or second floor room ended up on 4th. She wouldn't even check. Hotel is a Best Western but I wouldn't give it the Plus.
