- BRBella Rose4 days ago5.0We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn while our pet was at K-State Vet for surgery, and we could not be more grateful for the kindness we received during such a stressful time. Every hotel in the area was sold out, but Isabelle went above and beyond to help us by holding a room for us when we truly needed it most. I cannot remember the name of the front desk agent who checked us in but he was excellent! The hotel was very clean, affordable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful in getting us situated for the night. The on-site restaurant was also very good, and their staff were just as welcoming and kind. The next morning, the hotel manager Doug was extremely helpful as well and made sure we had our bill situated. We truly appreciated the compassion and excellent customer service from everyone here. We would absolutely stay here again if we need to return to the K-State Vet in the future. Thank you so much!

Bathroom is a little small with limited counter space but it functioned fine. To be nitpicky the sink looked like it had white paint all over. Not a major issue tho. The major issue was our ac unit was very loud. We had to use the ironing board pressed in between the bed and the ac unit to get to stay quite.

With a last minute flight cancellation to get back home, they helped to extend our stay without any stress. I can't thank them all enough. Location, for our needs, was perfect. Despite it being a college area, it was quiet and people are very respectful. We'd stay here again.
