  We traveled from Wichita, KS for the first K-State game of the 2026-2027 season. When we arrived, we were greeted kindly by the front desk. Things that immediately went south…The elevators were broken on at day that felt like 110 degrees so we had to climb 8 flights of stairs to the 4th floor with our bags and two kids. Prior to going to bed we noticed piles of ants on the nightstands. I killed all I could find but then noticed some in our bed. The hotel was completely full that night and we knew we couldn’t move rooms. I sent an email right away to management with multiple videos attached but still have not heard back. This morning we immediately went down to discuss the issue with management. We were told we could not be reimbursed because we did use a third party to book the room. We asked if we could have a few free stays for future use at a different hotel. We were told by the manager he would give us 10,000 points toward future use. I did ask him if that was enough to at least get a free hotel stay. He responded that it should be but hotels vary in price. After leaving and looking in to the issue, we learned that 15,000-30,000 points are sufficient to cover one hotel room. On top of that, the hot tub was freezing and so was the pool! Awful experience all around. Will never stay there again!

  Not a fan. The TV didn't work and lights were out in the room. The towels also seem old and very thin. The staff wasn't welcoming and stared at me for a long time as if I didn't belong (after coming back from a morning jog). The price was right because we used points. But I won't stay here again.

  All aspects of our stay was excellent from our check-in with Karina and check out with Hope. Morning breakfast area was kept clean during our stay by attendants Danielle, then Aries. Breakfast offerings were very good and well presented with pride and care. Will definitely stay again.

  Everything you need for an overnight stop on a long cross-country drive. Friendly and efficient staff, comfortable rooms, and great location within an easy walk of restaurants. This is an older building, probably coming due for a facelift, but that’s reflected in the lower price. And the fresh coffee machine is a godsend for a 5 AM departure.
