- BGBeth Gross3 days ago1.0If you want a skimpy, dirty experience look no further than the Best Western Manhattan Inn. Towels are so worn you can almost see through them. Same thing with the bedding. Blanket had a stain on it. Pillows are also worn and have lost their structure. Bathroom sink area had not been cleaned and at check in, we walked in to a dirty bathroom sink area. I asked for that area to be cleaned while I was out. I came back 6 hours later to my door not shut entirely. My personal belongings were in the room. Grateful nothing was taken & glad bathroom sink area had been cleaned. To add to this experience, we booked here because my parents had booked here. They had oversold the property and my parent’s didn’t get their room. My mom even called to tell them they would be arriving later in the evening. When my parents arrived at 10:30 pm, they were told they had no room. An attempt was made to find them another hotel to no success. My parents are in their 70’s. It’s a good thing my sister lives in town. I hope my parents will be refunded.
