- ARAnthony Rossi3 days ago4.0Nice place on edge of town. Lady at front counter was nice and polite and made checking in easy as usual. In the past it was nice to come down at 6 am for the free breakfast before heading out on my day. That is one of the reasons I stay here when delivering to the area. Today was not the case. Came down a little after 6 am and was told breakfast hadn't been started as it doesn't open up till 7 am. Not exactly how I wanted my day to start. I guess it'll be the first question I ask next week before booking my stay.

I arrive before 4am to find out I didn’t have a room since I was a no show!!!! What kind of hospitality is that!!!!! Drove from Texas to come to my nephews game to find out I didn’t have a room! Wanted to charge me more since I was a no show smh 🤦♀️ 🤦♀️ 🤦♀️. (So they claim I was a no show) its aggravating especially when you are driving over 10 hours thinking you will have a warm bed to sleep on
- GGGDM415Aug 12, 20262.0This place is a 1.5 to 2 star hotel Stayed 8/7 to 8/9 The location isnt great at all especially the parking lot. Its almost hidden from the main road which isnt safe. The hotel doesnt even have an elevator 😒. So if your on the 2nd floor which i was you will have to carry any bags to your room. The hallway wasnt vacuumed in the 2 days I stayed of the stairs. The front counter staff was 👍🏿 great. The breakfast was good overall I definitely wont be staying at this location again. The building should be tore down and rebuilt
- DSD SmithAug 6, 20265.0I want to give a shout out to the front desk employee, she was very helpful and extremely nice when it came to helping me move rooms and get into another when I had a complaint. She handled it very professionally and fast even with it being late in the night. I truly appreciate her and hope she’s working when I visit again ! Not to mention when I woke up she was very welcoming for breakfast and had everything made on time and warm just in time for me to head to work ! I didn’t catch her name, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves though. This company’s rebrand is a 10/10 please give them a try !
