We stayed July 22-23, the afternoon desk clerk was not the friendliest, our room was clean , the only issue was our bathroom sink would not drain and water pressure was quite low. The morning desk clerk was amazing! She was super friendly and I heard her greet everyone as they came and went. The location was good and it was pretty quiet despite being near a well used roadway. To the person who let their dog crap in the hallway and drag it’s hiney all the way to the elevator, SHAME on YOU! You are the person who makes it hard for people who love and care and are responsible pet persons to find good lodging when traveling with pets! I felt so bad for the staff that will have to clean the mess you left! It can orly imagine the “care” your poor dog receives daily. Do better! Thanks to Holiday Inn Express in Liberal!

I stopped here hoping for a quick and comfortable night of rest while on the road, but the experience was pretty disappointing. The room was not as clean as I expected, and the breakfast options felt very limited and poorly restocked. It felt like the staff was overwhelmed and didn't really care about the guests, which made me feel like my stay was more of a hassle than a convenience.

Was told the pool heater not working and Hot Tub overly hot and could not get in. The heavy set gentleman that works in the morning was lazy with breakfast. Multiple familes coming down, no food out and just think if this place was full there would be nothing. The guy running the breakfast just stands talking with the girl at the front counter. Multiple things low within the food area. Sub par standards compared to any other Holiday Inn Express. Excuses can be made but lack of work ethic shows for this location. Will not return.
