  The stay was nice as a family of 5 (kids aged 11mo, 9yrs, 13yrs). 2 Queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave & desk. Pool was clean. Room was clean but did have a wonky electrical problem that later fixed itself. I will note the walls and floor seemed "thin" but we had no issue with noise and never received noise complaints even with a crying 11 months old. I liked that the beds had an enclosed cover on the mattress. The staff was very friendly & helpful! Breakfast was a hit! Hotels I've stayed in the past you have to hurry and get down for breakfast because it goes fast and they don't bring more than one extra serving out. Here they kept it coming and kept it hot. The attendants kept it VERY clean. And say "yes" to the cinnamon rolls.

  Room was clean and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable! Location was central to all the things we went to over the weekend. Our only complaint was liquid dispenser was broke and so not much to drink with our breakfast. The coffee makers worked and the coffee was really good, so that helped.

  I’m writing this because I really value the quality of this Holiday Inn. Unfortunately, we were double-booked during our recent arrival and had to stay at a nearby hotel that was a total dump in comparison. It made me realize just how much I missed staying here. We stayed at this location two months ago and the difference is night and day. The staff here is amazing, the rooms are consistently spotless, and the breakfast is excellent. Even the elevators are reliable! This is clearly the superior choice in the area, and I look forward to actually being able to stay here again next time. If you guys check your reviews you owe me a night 😉

  The environment was spotless, and it was clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The amenities were fantastic! Everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay was readily available. Like who doesn’t want pancakes cooked perfectly and instantly! A special shoutout to Antonio for providing truly exceptional customer service. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything I needed. This type of genuine care and professionalism is what will make me choose IHG over a competitor.
