  Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations especially the staff. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and fast. The GM the next morning was lovely. But the best part? Ms T’s Eats. Hands down the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had- everything was very fresh and yummy. The pool is clean, they have coin laundry machines on site and well stocked vending machines. We were just passing through and got very lucky.

  The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Although we requested to change rooms due to the first one not being completely clean, the receptionist accommodated our request immediately with no hesitation. She was extremely apologetic and friendly during that encounter. The second room was much better and comfortable for the rest of our stay. The kitchen staff lady was also extremely friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed the stay here and will definitely stay again

  Check in clerk was less than warm or welcoming. Efficient but cool. Also, should not announce guest room numbers outloud, especially when there are other guests in the lobby. Morning person very pleasant and cheerful. Room nice, roomy,we'll organized. Hall carpets show wear, and badly needed vacuuming. Toilet chipped. Beds were soft with slight dip in middle. Window shade was awesome scene, very attractive. Breakfast choices plentiful, good variety.

  Zero complaints and the folks who work here are amazing. Room was clean, hotel is very organized and the free breakfast way exceeded our expectations. Ms T is a great person and clearly takes pride in everything she does. Food was excellent, breakfast area was meticulously clean and well organized. I'd stay here again for sure - perfect location.

  Deceptive Overcharging & Ghosting Corporate – Fraudulent Billing!Rating: 1/5 StarsStay Dates: July 31 – August 2Check your bank statements closely if you stay here. I booked a stay with a total cost of $220.36 including taxes, with a $50 Best Western gift card successfully applied and displayed on my reservation. The hotel quietly stripped the gift card off my account and charged my credit card $255.00—which is more than the stay would have cost completely out of pocket without any discount.The hotel staff never mentioned a billing problem during my stay. They simply adjusted the numbers behind my back.Worse, the general manager has gone completely rogue. Best Western corporate has opened a formal case and called this franchise location multiple times on my behalf. The local manager continues to ignore corporate escalations and refuses to return my calls. This is predatory, dishonest behavior. Avoid this location at all costs. I make several trips here a year to visit my son and his family who are stationed in Fort Riley and will never stay here again.
