  Booked the room and when we showed up all of the lights were off, the door was wide open, no one in sight. Had to scramble to find another hotel. Called several times

  This hotel is NOT up to Best Western standards. More like Motel 6 or other budget chains. The pool and hot tub are closed- this was NOT disclosed on their website. And, while they are renovating, even the redone spaces are rough around the edges and worn. New furniture can't make those things go away. While it's not a bad place to stay, don't pay more for a Best Western when you are really getting a 2 star budget stay.

  Absolutely awesome, rooms were clean and smelled great! Showers are hot and high pressure! My only complaint was the ac was loud...but it did work amazing! The best part is the staff...I checked in late at night, the gal at the desk met me with a beautiful genuine smile that absolutely lit up the place. She was knowledgeable and polite, kind and made me feel at peace after a long time on the road. Such a delight. Morning breakfast was well seasoned and fresh, they take pride in what they do and say hello and wish everyone a good day. Best Western should study how they provide customer service here. This is the kind of interaction that comes from the heart. I wish there were 6 stars. The chocolates were a great touch too!

  I was in town for work. I like BW. It looks like they are working on the swimming pool. It is a two level building. I'm not sure if they have an elevator as I don't see one. So, if you have mobility concerns, you might want to ask for ground level. The ice, vending, washing and dryer machines are located on the North side 1st floor. I booked a room about an hour ahead so checked in time was fast and no trouble. My room is on the East side so it is quiet. My room, bathroom and bed were very clean. (I left my room with a minimum clean up. :) ) Breakfast time start at M-F 6:30am - 9:30am; Sa & Su 7am-10am. Breakfast is very good. You will be greeted by Ms. T. She is very nice. She gave me a tip on how to make a waffle fuller size. If you enjoy your breakfast here, please consider tip Ms. T. She deserve it! This BW reminds me of the last week BW plus I was in in Sidney, NE. Both has Walmart across from them. The location is very convenient. Several grocery stores next to the hotel. Aldi is across from the parking lot. Dollars store across the street. Route 66 Gas station is a few minutes away. Over all, I've no complaint but compliments. I would recommended BW J.C.
