- CGChris GarciaSep 27, 20263.0The room was ok but not what was expected. It was obvious the standard of cleanliness was not up to par compared to most Holiday Inn s I've stayed. There was an extremely loose tap in the tub that caused black mold growth in the bottom of the tub and it was obvious that no one had vacuumed behind the door in a long time. Attention to detail is important people. That being said, the bed was extremely comfortable and surprisingly clean compared to the rest of the room.

Front desk trying to do laundry and front desk. I was told she had no extra blankets because she was trying to do laundry and run front desk due to short handed and doing someone else's jobs. I had to get emergency blanket kept in my vehicle. 10pm. Another customer could not get any wash cloths due to laundry not done. Shower floor stained and drain cover comes off during shower. 3 towels in bathroom. 1 small and two large. Empty soap dispenser at sink. Pillows terribly worn out. Had no extra pillows at front desk. I had to fold my pillow in half to make somewhat firm. Notice large stains in hallway carpet. Room was dull and old. Nothing like pictures. Elevator was scary. Noise and jerk scared us. Old badly bruised banana's at breakfast. Brought to elder server attention working the breakfast area. She agreed but never replaced them. Scrambled eggs watery. Overall breakfast was low budget. Went to I-Hop. Overall, room lacked supplies and breakfast low budget. I've stayed at many hotels over our travels and this hotel was not worth the $130 we paid. One night was enough for my wife and I. Mr. Stepien. Room 230.
