  I am currently in room 105 and it is filthy. The floors are thick with dust and the shower smells like a sewer…so gross. I’d ask to change rooms but this was the 2nd of two choices. The first one was room 300 but the bathroom was dirty so we opted for the less bad room. I’d change hotels but I live 700 miles away and it’s too late to go to a different hotel. If you stay at this hotel bring antihistamines because it’s like sleeping on a gravel road…the dirt and dust. If I see a cockroach imma die.

  Well after paying over 200.00 after petfee and a charge for incendentals... you'd think the hot tub would work...one nice point that made me book the room in the first place

  Gavin was awesome. I’ve been on the road for 2 days driving from Arizona to Ohio. I got to the hotel at 11am. At the time I was just checking the rates and environment .I have worked in hotels so I wasn’t about to get a room somewhere where the staff weren’t nice. Gavin is the definition of what a holiday inn express front agent should be. Kind Professional and transparent. He answered all my questions and not only that they got me in a little before check in and that was such a relief. Keep up the good work man!

  Let me tell y'all something. I’m an employee of IHG, and I booked this room for my grandmother. First I called ahead of time when I made my reservation and added her to the room so she could check in and have the exact room she needed with her having some issues needing an accessible room on the first floor. The lady helped me that day and made sure she was added on there and she got the room we needed. The day of I received a phone call from the hotel because they said they were overbooked and asked if I actually needed the double queen bed room. I was shocked because I had just spoken to someone (at the desk) regarding my reservation a few days ago clarifying what I needed. Apparently my grandmothers name was never put on my room and they didn’t have an accessible room. They were able to get her on the first floor but since it wasn’t accessible she needed a shower chair in the room. She was there 3 nights and couldn’t take a single shower because the desk told her that they couldn’t find the shower chair and they hadn’t seen it in over a month. Not only did they not accommodate what I requested they went hours without communicating to my grandparents that they couldn’t find the shower chair. They didn’t receive service after requesting it. My grandfather who has troubles walking had to go down to the desk every time they needed something because they didn’t want to bring it down the hallway. Trash was overflowing everyday. They didn’t get new towels unless they went and got them from the desk because when they asked for service all they did was take the trash and not even give them towels. I was extremely disappointed and unhappy whenever my grandmother told me this.
