  Hotel sent me a message after I booked saying that only certain rooms are "pet friendly" while the add on hotels.com said the hotel is pet friendly with the $30 per pet per stay fee. Even says in the main add "Dog friendly" such a lie. Please change the add to reflect the hotel is not pet friendly but rather service dog friendly... A complete waste of time and false advertising. I assume the brand is pet friendly but this particular hotel owner is not which is fine just state that in the add so I don't waste time booking it to only have to cancel and refund it!!!

  Great place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast choices were great with many healthy options

  Just passing through on a road trip, I sadly don't remember the General Manager's name, but she was really the only person we interacted with. She was very lovely though! I really have no major complaints, it's a Best Western. I've always had a good enough time with them and this was no exception. Clean room, good bathroom, and a nice breakfast in the morning. Location is just off the highway, so great for a quick stay and there's some easy to access fast food and stores nearby if you need to grab something before you head in or out.

  I checked in with Ezmerrelaa, who was very polite and kind. Kayleigh at the front desk was also very helpful. The hotel was very pleasant and clean. The room I requested was exactly what I asked for. Large room, great beds, everything worked perfectly. Excellent breakfast. Wi-Fi worked very well. The people who work at this hotel seem to take pride in what they do. You can find the hotel manager before 8 am checking if everything is in order. Quiet and safe place. Stay without worries. Congratulations to all the staff.

  Gotta say I was mystified by all the recent negative reviews. I stayed here about 3 weeks ago and had a fine experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and all the amenities were in working order. The only slight problem was that I was expecting to have a sofa (booked a suite), but there were two smaller chairs instead. One of my kids was planning on sleeping on the non-existent sofa, so we had to improvise. I also have to say the construction of the hotel itself seems pretty solid. Shortly after I checked in, a large church youth group or something (50-ish kids) checked in, so I was bracing for a long night of little sleep. But I didn't hear a peep out of them all night. The room was half the price of what I usually pay. I'm assuming that's because Hays is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but there were plenty of restaurants very close the hotel. If I need to travel west again, I would be happy to be a repeat customer.
