  Stayed Oct 24-26. 2026. Rm 300. For the first time in a very long time, I was ecstatic about a room, especially at a Best Western, plus. The best room I’ve stayed in during my Kansas trips. This has to be on the nicest Best Western hotels! Jocie at the front desk was top notch and quickly needs to be promoted to management. I spoke to the manager too and he was cool but Jocie had a different level of customer service. And friendly. From the lobby to the room itself, it was really nice-looking. And smelled good. Before coming here, I stayed at the Holliday and that was decent. Then I checked the Residence Inn, Hampton and one other before choosing Best Western. This was the nicest of them all and the largest room by a mile. Rm 300 was a private room w Jacuzzi and the shower was so big, it could probably fit 5 people. 2 shower heads. I just loved the room. I’m in a lot of hotels and this had everything I need in a stay. AC worked amazing. A few minutes in, I had to turn it down it worked so good. Didn’t use the WiFi. TV’s were good size, a bit of work to click through but had a few premium channels. Mattress was very firm but pillows and blanket were good. No bugs. Clean. Quiet.

  My only complaint with this hotel is the smell. They are working on the pool and whatever chemical they are using is incredibly strong & definitely not healthy to breath in. You guys need some fans and ventilation, I will be surprised if people don't get sick from the fumes. Absolutely disgusting smell. I can taste the chemical in my mouth after breathing in. Please think about your customers

  I had a great stay at this Best Western in Garden city. I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside was I stayed for 3 nights and they did not clean my room once but maybe you have to ask for that. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hot breakfast is included and was really good.

  Overall, this was an excellent choice for my visit and was great pricing compared to the other rooms and locations at the time. The front desk receptionist was great. They are currently renovating so some things were not accessible at the time of my visit. My only disappointment was the whirlpool I got (Room 300) suite was broken at the time of my visit. I made the front desk aware of it hoping they will fix it for the next person. Basically, the jets didn't work so it was more like an oversized bathtub.
