Been in the same room for a month (PCS) due to waiting on housing. Was told house keeping comes every 7 days to clean. So far they only came 2x and that’s only because we’ve complained. Went out and purchased cleaning supplies (mop, broom, dust pan, trash bags, paper towels, toilet brush, cleaning products, hand towels, disposable gloves, toilet papers, etc.) Because house keeping don’t show up. And when we asked they said they’ll let them know. We’ve even took it upon ourselves to just do everything ourselves. From washing towels, hand towels & the bedsheets!

If you are connected with the Military. This hotel is at Ft Riley Kansas. It's very nice with breakfast and laundry services. It's nice to bring clean laundry home from this trip.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was amazing and the onsite free laundry was a huge plus. Will definitely stay there again.

Beware if you have a service animal they don’t know squat about ADA laws and will try to charge you extra for your service animal so be prepared to speak to the manager.

My wife and I recently stayed one evening at this facility on Ft Riley while en route to Colorado Springs. A one-bedroom queen-bed suite was only $97 for retired military - a great deal. The room (Room 402) was very nice. It had a two-burner stove top and microwave, with sufficient cookware/plates/cups for a family of four to make dinner in the room (if desired). We ventured into Junction City for dinner - we would have been far better off going to either the Panda Express or Subway at the mini-BX/shoppette located adjacent to the hotel. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but saw others enjoying it on what was a very warm day. There were several grills next to the pool for those who want to grill burgers/etc. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient to get us back on the road, with scrambled eggs, sausage links, potatoes, and a pancake machine available. We would definitely stay here again while transiting through Kansas.
