  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at SureStay Hotel! The hospitality was exceptional from the moment I walked in. Every employee was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The complimentary breakfast was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety of options to start the day. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, and their generosity and professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend SureStay Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with outstanding customer service. I will definitely stay here again!

  While the room was nice enough, and had a kitchen, I feel $140 for a single night is excessive.

  Worst treatment I have ever received. The lady at the front desk was completely unhinged , unprofessional, and ignorant to the laws regarding the Americans with Disabilities Act and the protections set in place for individuals requiring service animals. My room was payed for and I proceeded to grab my belongings and my service animal and enter the building. Before I even got to the door she was yelling at me that dog cannot come in here. I came in anyway explaining calmly that he is a service animal, not a pet. She was yelling at me that it does not matter because they dont have any rooms to accommodate a service animal. I proceeded to explain to her that it was against the law for her to deny me and my service animal. She just kept raising her voice at me that we had to get out and called me a liar for saying I had no pets. I once again explained to her that a service animal is not a pet. She yelled again, "he is completely out of control, He is not a service animal." Meanwhile, my animal was calmy under my control on a leash. Not at all out of control. At this point was saying anything she could to justify her behavior. She kicked me out . Completely ignorant to the fact that what she was doing was 100% illegal. And contradicting herself by saying first they didnt allow service animals and then that they didnt have any more service animal rooms available. When I called back to ask her name so I know whose name to give when i file my complaint she refused to give it to me and refused to give me the name of the manager. Does not reflect the actions of a person who believes what they were doing was ethical or legal. Will never visit another Sure stay studio again. And neither should anyone else with a disability or a service animal. Absolutely worst experience of my life.

  I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The manager was okay, but the staff treated me very poorly. I had a special needs child, and they didn’t want me to stay in the hotel. They even charged me extra money, even though I wasn’t over the room limit. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
