  Dirty & rundown looking rooms. Also had an unpleasant odor. Front desk help didn't seem to know how to work their computer system very well. Certainly not up to the same level of quality as other Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed at.

  Skip this stop altogether. Desk attendants were very good and apologetic for the conditions. Very apparent this franchise owner and manager have no internet in supporting the staff or for customer. Drive on by.

  I stay at a lot of hotels and this one is very close to being nice. Some simple maintenance and possible better management would go a long way to improve this hotel. The room was clean and very quiet but when I went to shower there was no shower curtain. This morning the toilet seal came off. Breakfast was just bad. No milk, no yogurt, no fruit, omelets looked like they were left over from the day before- not much selection at all. I went to bed around 10:00 pm and the parking lot lights are not on. This morning at 5:00 they were on.

  I’ll start with the good: the breakfast here is very tasty, and honestly, that’s the main reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars. Unfortunately, there are several areas that really need improvement. I stayed here for a week and probably only received housekeeping about three times. Even when the room was serviced, the trash wasn’t always taken out, towels were sometimes not replaced, and the soap dispensers were never refilled. One morning, when I asked a staff member for help, his response was basically, “Hey, I just work here,” while his phone was playing music at full volume. The response came across as pretty rude and unhelpful, especially given the lack of professionalism. Management also seemed to rarely be on site or available when issues came up. I asked if they could replace the ink in the guest printer, and the staff looked at me like I was asking for something completely unreasonable. The breakfast is definitely a bright spot, but housekeeping, customer service, and overall management need some serious improvement.
