Great place to stay for a work trip. There's a second floor reading room right above the lobby I enjoyed relaxing in. The pillows were so fluffy and comfortable wish I could take them home with me.

Not a good experience at this Holiday Inn the back door of the Hotel smelled like a cat litter box and the first room we got smelled no different.

To the owner. We attempted to check into your hotel yesterday August 16th about 4:15pm. The front desk person made a terrible first person contact for someone in the hospitality business. Their attitude towards us was the worst I have ever witnessed in my 83 years. I could say a lot more but this is not the forum. We drove to Vincennes to find suitable accommodations.

Hotel is in disrepair. Exhausts in bathrooms don’t work, rooms have a musty smell, humidity makes sheets feel wet. Also, there are sheets hanging from the ceiling since at least January of this year, covering vents of something, but that should be issued a citation for not being up to code. Hotel has a despondent attitude.

We were very disappointed with our stay, especially after paying almost $500 for two rooms. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The carpet was so dirty that after my son showered and walked barefoot in the room, the bottoms of his feet were completely black. There were visible brown stains throughout the carpet, and the room felt unclean overall. The room was also extremely hot when we arrived and looked like renovations had been started but never finished. Most concerning, the deadbolt lock was literally pulling out of the wall, which felt very unsafe. For the price, we expected a clean, well-maintained, and safe room. Unfortunately, this stay fell far short of those expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.
