Horrible place to stay. Bad service. Even worse breakfast. Zero customer service or respect for you, or even hospitable. I drove 16 hours to try and check in only to get scolded over company policy. Do not stay here, worst hotel experience I've ever had.

First room: BEDBUGS.
Second room: MORE BEDBUGS.
We were traveling and staying on the road, so this wasn’t just an inconvenience it completely disrupted our livelihood. After discovering bedbugs in Room 222, we were moved to Room 203, only to find the same issue again after we were covered in bites! At that point, we had no choice but to throw away nearly everything we had with us.
We ended up discarding clothing, shoes, suitcases, and toiletries just to avoid bringing the infestation with us to our truck and to our next destination. That is a massive and unexpected expense, especially for people who rely on their gear and travel constantly for work.
This wasn’t just a bad night’s stay—this was a costly and stressful situation that affected multiple days of travel, forced us to replace essential items, and created ongoing concern about contamination.
30 years of traveling for a living this has been my fist bed bug hotel, this level of cleanliness and quality control is completely unacceptable. Finding bedbugs in one room is already serious. Finding them in a second room suggests a much larger issue that needs immediate attention.
Rooms involved: 222 and 203.
We had a great stay at Best Western in Warsaw, Indiana. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with two queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave, and desk. The temperature was perfect upon arrival—not stuffy or too cold—and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and nicely maintained.
Breakfast had a great variety, including waffles with fun toppings like blueberry pie filling, syrups, whipped cream, and butter. There were also bagels with toppings, muffins, cold cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and hash browns. The coffee machine wasn’t great, but the juice machine offered good orange and apple juice.
The staff was very friendly, even during our late 12:30 a.m. check-in. We would definitely stay here again when visiting family. Next time, we hope to stay longer and enjoy the pool, which looked very inviting.

An example of when an investor owns a place for 50+ years and doesn’t care to take pride in an ounce of the business. I realize this is a very old hotel, but an owner could at least pretend like they care.
Hallways reek of smoke, dog urine, and weed.
Outside access door lock was broken so anyone from the streets could go right in.
Eggs were some sort of powdery-pig-slop.
No half and half for your coffee.
Coffee machine was broken for 2 of our 3 days.
Fridge in our room was on but didn’t work so our $30 in groceries went in the trash.
AC couldn’t keep up on a 75 degree day.
Housekeeping brought towels, but left all the used ones on the floor.
Pool towels were rarely stocked.
A little effort could go a long way.
For an extra $10-$20 a night, you may as well stay somewhere else in Warsaw. You won’t regret it.
