Pretty dumpy. Rooms were very dirty. Lots of previous damage. First room had water dripping from the ceiling and smelled of mold. Next room was better. I did find some dead bugs on my bed but they weren't bedbugs. It looked to be a roach leg. Breakfast was the only redeeming quality. The place was not worth $120 a night. I will not stay again.

There are a lot of bad reviews for this place for a reason. The rooms have a strong mildew smell, my mini fridge was leaking all over the place and did not keep anything cold. The ice machine didn’t work. The room phone wasn’t working turns out there wasn’t even a phone line ran to it. Tub was dirty and there were crumbs on the dresser. The only pro was there was a young girl at the front desk was extremely apologetic and kind and the breakfast sausage was tasty.

Rooms are nice and clean. Beds firm but comfortable. Only gripe was that the blankets felt the kind they give you in the hospital and the pillows were overfilled with pilled-up acrylic. Uncomfortable neck position. When we arrived, the service was friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The girl on phone however told us I-80 (on which we were routed) was 10 minutes away. Turned out it was more like 40 minutes away but by the time I realized it, the reservation was made and we were off the highway. Location is set back from the road. Nice once you got there but no signage. The way google maps directed us looked like an alley. It was odd.

Horrible place to stay. Bad service. Even worse breakfast. Zero customer service or respect for you, or even hospitable. I drove 16 hours to try and check in only to get scolded over company policy. Do not stay here, worst hotel experience I've ever had.

First room: BEDBUGS. Second room: MORE BEDBUGS. We were traveling and staying on the road, so this wasn’t just an inconvenience it completely disrupted our livelihood. After discovering bedbugs in Room 222, we were moved to Room 203, only to find the same issue again after we were covered in bites! At that point, we had no choice but to throw away nearly everything we had with us. We ended up discarding clothing, shoes, suitcases, and toiletries just to avoid bringing the infestation with us to our truck and to our next destination. That is a massive and unexpected expense, especially for people who rely on their gear and travel constantly for work. This wasn’t just a bad night’s stay—this was a costly and stressful situation that affected multiple days of travel, forced us to replace essential items, and created ongoing concern about contamination. 30 years of traveling for a living this has been my fist bed bug hotel, this level of cleanliness and quality control is completely unacceptable. Finding bedbugs in one room is already serious. Finding them in a second room suggests a much larger issue that needs immediate attention. Rooms involved: 222 and 203.
