Good value for a good price.
Inside - great. Outside - good luck finding it! While the hotel is visible from the highway, there is no direct access. You will need to drive through a strip mall parking lot, then through a grocery parking lot, down a side alley, and that how you get to the only entrance to the hotel. Parking lot is very rough, with small spaces and faded striping. There is a large construction project, including the potential for a new road access, on the backside of the hotel.
Inside, it's very nice, newly renovated (2025), clean, quiet, and decent service. Meets Holiday Inn standards. Breakfast is slightly above expectations. Bed was firm but not stiff. Shower was sleek, open, and high quality. Hallways are well-lit with camera security in hallways and stairwell. Furniture was modern and sturdy. Rested well with quiet rooms.
Overall, this appears to be a hotel with management making gradual upgrades, starting with the inside and hopefully working on the outside. My guess is that by 2027, this would be a 5-star experience.
