- AMAmanda MillerJun 22, 20262.0I wasn’t going to post this review because they somewhat fixed the issue. We were put into room 103 which came to find out they had bed bugs! (See photos). I informed the desk early that morning around 5am when we noticed and Josh I guess was the manager was super nonchalant about it and didn’t help. I had to call the front desk a few times before they would switch rooms. This was the morning of 6/20. It took them close to 1pm to switch us out and then they still charged us according to “fluctuating rates.” Previously I booked with their sister facility on accident for a business trip and called them to ask for a General Manager as the manager at Wabash was very rude and absolutely refused to give it to me. Upon realizing why I called these folks was giggling in the background and gave me some name of “general hotels” which don’t exist and then told me to google it. They discounted the rate for ONE NIGHT for whatever that’s worth. I absolutely do not recommend this place! Avoid ALL Holiday Inns as much as possible! See my other review for Holiday Inns WABASH.
