  I had a reservation booked and even called ahead because my flight had been canceled and I was arriving much later than expected. I wanted to make sure my room would be ready when I got there. When I arrived that evening, I was told there was only one room available and that it was still dirty. I waited about 30 more minutes before I was finally able to check in. Unfortunately, when I got to the room, it was clear that it had not been cleaned properly. The front desk employee was polite, but after a long day of travel delays, it was frustrating to arrive at a room that wasn't ready and was not in acceptable condition. I ended up staying only one night and booked a different hotel for the remainder of my trip. I expected a much better experience.

  I made reservations ahead of time. Myself and my family arrived at 9:30 pm. We were ready to shower and get to bed. They had rooms available but none were clean. We had to wait for a room to be cleaned.
