    Only because they are under renovation, there are also smells in the hallways because of it. Nadine was exceptional at the front desk. I tried doing the survey, it takes too long, mostly because they ask too many redundant questions. I'll stay again if I'm in the area again.

    This Holiday Inn was partially under construction while we stayed, 7/2026. The lobby was so warm and stuffy you couldn’t even eat in the breakfast area. The area isn’t remotely that close to ND that it should have ND in the hotel’s name. The parking lot situation was terrible. Google Earth the location and you will understand.

    DJ at the desk was the nicest person. Supper friendly, great with kids And went above and beyond to make our stay special. The beds are soft and firm at the same time. The sheets are smooth, not that rough hotel kind of sheets. The towels are soft and big. The rooms are clean and large. There's fresh coffee and tea or hot water and hot chocolate anytime you want in the lobby with a machine that grides its own beans! And actual creamer cups. Not that powdered stuff. The air conditioning is easy to control. The fridge in our room is larger than a regular hotel size fridge and a full size microwave! We ended up in a Suite and have a ceiling fan, two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen sink and kitchen table. A closet, a tub and 3 TV's!!! 3and 3 windows

    Outstanding hotel, facility, and staff. Anything we requested or needed was gladly provided immediately. Developed a minor water leak in the bathroom. I called the front desk and they told me they would move us to another room immediately, In approx. five minutes, the very helpful young man was at our door with keys for another room nearby, and upgraded us for the inconvenience. Hotel was in excellent condition and the staff were all outstanding. Upon check-out, we told the hotel manager we were very pleased with the hotel. He apologize for the inconvenience and reduced our charges for our stay. This hotel is a great example of what EVERY hotel should be like and services provided by the staff were outstanding.
