- DKDavid KnightSep 29, 20262.0No elevator and they place us on the top floor the farthest that they could at the other end of the hotel. Thet said well we offer a free breakfast, so walk back down 3 stories across the entire hotel to the other end to eat. Walk back climb the stairs take everything back down walk back across and check out and walk all the way to the rear parking lot. If you are old, have asthma or cardiac issues stay away for your health.

On previous visits to South Bend, we have always stayed at another hotel but I always felt they were overpriced so I am so glad that on this visit, I decided to book here. I would definitely say this hotel is far more superior to the other one and this will always be our hotel of choice. Staff at check in and check out were super friendly and helpful. The hotel smelt so fresh and clean. Our room was bright and beautiful. The bathroom was beautifully lit. If you can believe, the only thing I would ask to be looked at, is to make sure when two people are in a room, you have two cups for coffee - so trivial! I had a wonderful night's sleep and was fresh and ready for my drive home the next day. Highly, Highly recommend this hotel.

I tried doing the survey, it takes too long, mostly because they ask too many redundant questions. I'll stay again if I'm in the area again.
