    Yami was particularly helpful in finding a room for us when they were basically full. She went well beyond the call of duty!! We were very impressed!!!

    Thanks to Teresa,Melissa and Yolanda and all the staff. They made my stay awesome. Breakfast was great. Teresa was great at helping me book a room with them due to a change in hotels. I will stay here again.

    I will never stay or book a room at Holiday inn ever again I booked a room online when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room that I reserved was not available and that they had a better room but would cost me more. Mind you it was 11 hours until I had to check out. So I told the lady no thank you that I would just sleep in my car. That was May 3rd. It is now June 2 and and I still haven't got my money back they held my money for a month. That's insanity and not right I would kind of understand if it was a credit card and it wasn't my actual money. But it wasn't it was my debit card and she should have never ran it when I told her no thank you.

    Theresa was the best at check in! She was SO kind, was able to get us early check in and signed us up for the honors program to start accumulating points. Wish all hotel staff were this friendly and accommodating. Thank you for starting our weekend trip off on the right foot!

    I will NEVER stay or even try to stay at any Holiday Inn Express ever!!! I had booked a room online on April 29th when I arrived the lady told me they didn't have that room I reserved online open an automatically charged my account for a higher One. Mind you check out what's 11 hours from the time I was checking in I told her no thank you I would just sleep in my car. There has been a pending charge on my account and have not received my money in 26 days because of their mistake I don't see how this is right or just
