    This hotel is great. Teresa at the front desk was extremely informational, helpful, and SO kind. My room has a great view and the staff was all very friendly

    I want to comment on the great service I got from the Assistant General Manager, Teresa E., at the front desk. When I checked in a couple of weeks ago, I asked for a different room than I had been assigned. Teresa had a pretty full hotel but she still made sure I got the room I wanted, plus she gave me permission for a late check-out the next day. And she was very pleasant and gracious about it, too. Shout-out to Teresa for her professionalism and kindness as well as her great customer service!

    I’ve stayed at the Holiday Inn Express South Bend multiple times for business, and it has consistently been a great experience. The hotel is always clean, the staff is friendly, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. I also recently hosted a business meeting here for 12 people, and their conference room was excellent — nicely set up, comfortable, and a great space for a meeting. The staff did a fantastic job accommodating everything we needed and made the entire process easy. One thing that really stood out was during a recent stay when we experienced severe weather and tornado warnings. The staff remained calm, communicated clearly, and told us exactly where we needed to go for safety until the warning expired. That level of preparedness and professionalism was very reassuring. Whether you’re staying for business or just visiting South Bend for pleasure, I would definitely recommend this hotel. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and a staff that genuinely cares about its guests. I’ll definitely be staying here again!
