  I drove 2 hours to this hotel with my daughter for her dance competition. Staff greeted me well and it was a pleasant check-in. When I got to my room everything seemed fine at. I do my normal inspection of the beds and things. As my daughter was heading to check the bathroom she stepped into a puddle of water in front of the refrigerator and almost slipped. Not happy about that and concerned for my daughter's safety I went to tell the front desk staff. She told me the hotel was fully booked and couldn't switch my room, and the cleaning staff were gone for the night. She then tried to see if any sister hotels had any availability, nothing was open. So she called her manager and not sure if I would get a discount or not until the morning, all she could offer was points for the time being. I told her the phone wasn't working and we didnt have no bath towels at all. Was not a pleasant stay, not happy with how my room was and everything. Thank you front desk night staff lady for trying to make it better.

  Checked in today and I am very disappointed with our room and the service provided by the front desk. Let’s start out by saying we booked this hotel specifically because it listed that they had a hot tub as an amenity on the website. After driving 6 hours here we found out they do NOT have a hot tub. When we got into the room the toilet was plugged and we had to ask the front for a plunger. On top of that there was no remote for the TV. We have a room with a pull out sofa which we found kids toys left in it when pulling out the sofa to use and there was an old chicken nugget behind the sofa bed and popcorn on the floor by the beds. Clearly the cleaning staff does the bare minimum. When we brought all this to the staff at the front desk the response was…ohh sorry with no other help, they said they didn’t have any other rooms to move us to either.

  War dort im Rahmen Geschäftsreise für eine Nacht. Verkehr sehr laut, Zimmer ok. Leider war es der Dame nicht möglich die Rechnung richtig auszustellen.

  What an amazing hotel to stay at. Saturday Afternoon April 25th 2026 we checked in. The staff was very pleasant and communicative. We checked in fast and easy. The room was clean and beautiful. After using the swimming facilities with our 2 year old daughter we headed up to the room to give her a bath. There was an incident in the bathroom where a major injury or worse could have happened. Teresa Echevarria and Yami were super helpfull and very understanding of the issue and handled it so very professionally. After eating the very good breakfast and upon checkout Teresa was still there and could not express enough how happy she was nothing serious came from the incident. These two ladies were A1 Employees. Anytime in the South Bend Area. This is where i will be staying all the Time!

  We were in SB for the loss of a family member, and the staff here was so wonderful from beginning to end. Theresa at the front desk helped us as we navigated extending our stay, when we needed Triple AAA to come for our car issues, and aiding us with late checkout as we sought a mechanic on Easter Sunday. She was kind, empathic, and truly was the ONE bright spot of the trip. As far as the rooms go, everything was spotless, clean, and fresh. The breakfast was hot and not crowded. I would recommend this hotel anytime and I would definitely come back. Give Theresa a raise!!!
