- ACAM ConnsMay 8, 20263.0Dog owners beware! Unlike every other dog friendly property (including IHG properties) they charge an exorbitant $75 PER DOG!!! This is outrageous. It’s purported to be a cleaning fee, do they need to clean it twice if there are 2 dogs? It does state this on the website but I assumed it was similar to every other property so did not read the fine print. Otherwise, the rooms are just a bit older/worn, they use a flowery chemical cleaner so if you are sensitive to smells that could be annoying. The breakfast was very good and the gym was well equipped. Other guests did not pick up after their pets, there was poop everywhere. I did need to call after departure for an overcharge (additional pet fees if you could believe that) and the evening front desk staff took care of it promptly.

The pool was great and they had so many amenities, outside grills, a workout room and firepit. Breakfast was great, they had a variety of things and they had some delicious sweet potatoes that were so good. I left my iPad and the called me immediately to return it. This place is my go to whenever im in town.
