    Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The walls were extremely thin, we could hear neighbors snoring all night. The room and beds felt dirty, and the beds made us very itchy, which was really uncomfortable. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

    Disappointing. I booked a room with a tub, but was given one with a shower only. I brought it to the front desk, but was told that there was nothing she could do as I booked through a third party. I told her that I booked on Best Western website. She said I should then bring it to them, and again, there was nothing she could do. I felt I was interacting with a robot, not a real person. All I got from her was her standardized reply, concluding with the point that there was nothing she could do. Will never stay there again, ever.

    I came into town to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary. The service was awesome. The front desk clerk Manisha took very good care of me she explained everything to me. Liz the house keeper had my room very clean Liz made sure we had clean towels and everyone was very Professional. The shower was so nice I didn't want to get out.

    All around comfortable stay. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Clean rooms and currently renovating taking place. Well rested. Decent breakfast. Will definitely stay here in the future when in town.
