- DGDavid GanderAug 8, 20265.0This place was GREAT!! we had our dog.. the vehicles were safe outside.. the indoor pool was very well kept, rooms were immaculate and clean.. especially being animal friendly.. Breakfast was a real thing.. biscuits and gravy with sausage and waffles.. i ate too much.. Definitely will stop if I'm ever in the area again
- YXyan xieAug 1, 20265.0We stayed at Best Western off National Road 40 in Richmond, ID and had a very pleasant experience. The room is clean and smells good (no artificial, strong, Freeze type of smell). I also loved the hand soap with a real citrus smell. The front desk staff was friendly too.

It was very noticeable in the hallways as they were brighter than they had been the last time we visited. The breakfast was kept very clean and nice. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. We will use this hotel again next year.
